Scoutmaster Minute,August 5, 20205: Clean

Ghandi said “I will not let anyone walk though my mind with dirty feet.” As much as we think we are individuals, we are all very much social animals. We adjust our behavior, ever so slightly, to fit in with the people around us. This can be a challenge, when we hang out with people that say not-so-nice things, or act in ways that are questionable. But it can also be a great help, when we surround ourselves with people with high standards and good character. Scouts is an opportunity for you to surround yourself with like-minded folks, where we can all help each other keep our feet — and minds — clean.
